Pre-Tour Check: 12 hours before your scheduled pick-up, we’ll send you a reminder and any last-minute information or adjustments. It’s rare, but sometimes slight changes are necessary to ensure the best experience for all our guests.

 Day of Adventure: On the day of your tour, please be ready at the designated pick-up location at your hotel. Our friendly and experienced guides will be there to greet you and kickstart the adventure.

A Few Reminders:

What to Bring: Don’t forget to pack insect repellent, sunscreen, towels, sunglasses, a swimming suit, and, of course, your adventurous spirit! Comfortable footwear is also recommended for the activities.
